What locations do you ship to?
We ship all over India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Orders within India are normally delivered within 3-5 Business days. No shipping on Sundays or national holidays. Estimated delivery time is also dependent on the Product’s availability and the shipping destination.
Is COD available?
Cash on delivery option is available with an additional cost.
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment account which will reflect within 24-48 hours of initiation.
Do you accept return & exchanges?

What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:
Once you have placed your order with us, we will send you a confirmation email for the same. Orders get shipped daily by noon except Sundays and public holidays. So if you place your order before noon we ship out on the same day. Once your order is shipped, all tracking details will be sent to your registered email id and phone number. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page. You can also track order using your order id or tracking id on our tracking page
- Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.
- If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 10 business days. For any further clarification, you can email us at [email protected]

Can I change my order?
We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.
The product I want to return was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the full amount?
No. You will only receive the exact amount paid for the product.
